Cheddar Crab Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Biscuit Layer

01 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 packet of Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

→ Crab Stuffing

04 - 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
05 - ½ of a sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed up
06 - ¼ teaspoon paprika spice
07 - ½ teaspoon powdered onion
08 - 1 pound pre-cooked crabmeat
09 - ½ cup mayo (add more if it’s too dry)
10 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

→ Topping

11 - Lemon juice and melted butter mixture for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the directions on the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix package to make the dough. Heat your oven to 375°F and spray muffin pans lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Stir the crab meat, onion powder, paprika, mayo, crushed crackers, and mustard together in a bowl. If it’s looking a bit dry, add a pinch more mayo.
03 - Dust your hands with a little flour. Grab a spoonful of the biscuit dough, flatten it slightly to make a small bowl shape, then plop a scoop of crab filling in the middle. Cover it up with more dough and seal it tight.
04 - Put the filled biscuits into the muffin pan, making sure they fit snugly. Keep going until all the dough and stuffing are used up.
05 - Pop the muffins in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the tops turn golden. While they’re still hot, brush the tops with your buttery lemon mix.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best when served nice and warm.
02 - Double-check that crab meat is dry and pre-cooked.
03 - Make ahead of time and reheat for a few minutes before eating.
