Follow the directions on the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix package to make the dough. Heat your oven to 375°F and spray muffin pans lightly with cooking spray.

Stir the crab meat, onion powder, paprika, mayo, crushed crackers, and mustard together in a bowl. If it’s looking a bit dry, add a pinch more mayo.

Dust your hands with a little flour. Grab a spoonful of the biscuit dough, flatten it slightly to make a small bowl shape, then plop a scoop of crab filling in the middle. Cover it up with more dough and seal it tight.

Put the filled biscuits into the muffin pan, making sure they fit snugly. Keep going until all the dough and stuffing are used up.

Pop the muffins in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the tops turn golden. While they’re still hot, brush the tops with your buttery lemon mix.
