Carrot Cheese Ball Fun (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesy Mix

01 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded finely, split in half
02 - 16 ounces cream cheese, brought to room temperature
03 - 1 packet ranch seasoning blend
04 - 2.5 ounces crispy bacon bits, cooked

→ Carrot Greens

05 - 1 bunch stems from parsley or cilantro

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Toss in the bacon bits and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until it's all blended together.
03 - Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Then mold that ball into a triangular, carrot-like form and move it onto your serving dish.
04 - Gently press the rest of the cheddar all over the outside of the carrot shape to give it a bright, cheesy coating.
05 - Stick the parsley or cilantro stems at the top of the carrot shape to create the leafy part.
06 - Let it chill in the fridge for about half an hour to firm up before serving. Pair it with crackers or your favorite dippables!

01 - Ensure the cream cheese is soft before starting so it mixes easily.
02 - Cooling it in the fridge will help it stay firm and hold its shape for serving.
