In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and fully combined.

Toss in the bacon bits and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until it's all blended together.

Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Then mold that ball into a triangular, carrot-like form and move it onto your serving dish.

Gently press the rest of the cheddar all over the outside of the carrot shape to give it a bright, cheesy coating.

Stick the parsley or cilantro stems at the top of the carrot shape to create the leafy part.

Let it chill in the fridge for about half an hour to firm up before serving. Pair it with crackers or your favorite dippables!
