Buttery Steak In Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan.
02 - Salt and pepper.
03 - 1 lb beef sirloin (cut into pieces).
04 - 5 garlic cloves, chopped.
05 - 2 tablespoons butter.
06 - Fresh parsley for garnish.
07 - 1/2 cup beef stock.
08 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Add salt and pepper to the beef chunks.
02 - Heat butter in a pan, then brown the meat for a few minutes. Take it out but save the flavorful drippings.
03 - Toss the garlic into the pan and cook it until it smells amazing.
04 - Pour in your beef stock, scrape up the pan bits, then mix in the cream and parmesan. Let it simmer till it thickens.
05 - Return the beef to the pan and stir it into the sauce until it's all coated.
06 - Sprinkle parsley on top and serve it up hot.
