# Ingredients:

→ Salad Mix

01 - 1 bunch of broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1/2 cup raisins
03 - 1/2 cup red onion, chopped finely
04 - 8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
05 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced into halves
06 - 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Sauce Mixture

07 - 1 cup mayo
08 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
09 - 2 tbsp white vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss together the broccoli, raisins, onions, cheese chunks, tomato halves, and bacon crumbles. Make sure everything mixes evenly.
02 - Grab a small bowl and whisk the mayo, sugar, and vinegar until the mixture turns creamy and smooth.
03 - Pour the creamy dressing into the large bowl over the veggie mix. Stir everything slowly for an even coat.
04 - Cover the bowl with cling film or a lid, then chill it in the fridge for at least an hour so the flavors can blend.
