Big Mac Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Elements

01 - 9 slices of American cheese
02 - 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
03 - 12 small sandwich rolls (like Hawaiian rolls)
04 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter
05 - 24-30 dill pickle chips
06 - 2 cups of shredded lettuce

→ Beef Filling

07 - 1 pound of lean ground beef
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 cup finely minced white onions

→ Special Sauce

11 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
13 - 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
14 - 2 teaspoons of sugar
15 - 2/3 cup mayonnaise
16 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
17 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and set it aside.
02 - In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef, chopped onions, salt, and pepper until the beef is fully browned and onions soften. Drain any extra grease.
03 - Put the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared pan. Evenly spread a bit of the sauce over them. Add the cooked beef, cover it with slices of cheese, and lay pickles on top.
04 - Spread the rest of the sauce on the roll tops, set them into place, and brush melted butter over them. Sprinkle sesame seeds, cover with foil, and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is gooey.

# Notes:

01 - If you'd like warm lettuce, add it before baking. For a fresher crunch, toss it on after you bake.
02 - You can replace the sauce with Thousand Island dressing if you’re in a hurry.
03 - Already made mini burger patties can swap out the ground beef mixture.
