Turn on the skillet to low heat so it’s ready when you need it.

Mix together the bananas, eggs, and oats in a blender. Run it at a low setting until everything’s smooth.

Add a little butter, oil, or cooking spray to the pan to prevent sticking.

Spoon the batter onto the warm skillet, using about 1/6 per pancake. If you’re using extras like berries or nuts, press them gently into the batter. Let this side cook through before turning.

Flip the pancakes and let the other side cook until they turn a nice golden color.

Top them however you like—syrup, peanut butter, fruit—then serve warm!
