Healthy Banana Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of oats
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 2 overripe bananas

→ Optional add-ons

04 - Cinnamon
05 - Vanilla
06 - Nuts
07 - Chocolate chunks
08 - Berries

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the skillet to low heat so it’s ready when you need it.
02 - Mix together the bananas, eggs, and oats in a blender. Run it at a low setting until everything’s smooth.
03 - Add a little butter, oil, or cooking spray to the pan to prevent sticking.
04 - Spoon the batter onto the warm skillet, using about 1/6 per pancake. If you’re using extras like berries or nuts, press them gently into the batter. Let this side cook through before turning.
05 - Flip the pancakes and let the other side cook until they turn a nice golden color.
06 - Top them however you like—syrup, peanut butter, fruit—then serve warm!
