Almond Energy Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 to 2 tablespoons flax seeds, optional.
02 - 1 to 2 tablespoons chia seeds, optional.
03 - 3/4 cup tiny chocolate chips.
04 - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup.
05 - 1 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened.
06 - 1 1/4 cups oats, gluten-free.
07 - 16 ounces almond butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Dump everything into a big bowl and stir it together until it’s all combined.
02 - Shape into balls that are about 1 1/4 inches wide. Toss in more oats if it feels too sticky.
03 - If you'd like, roll the balls around in extra oats or coconut for a nice finish.
04 - Pop them in the fridge or freezer to keep them fresh.
